Meet Our Team - Springdale
Jason TeBeest, MS,PT
Jason is a licensed physical therapist and the clinic manager for our Springdale location. Jason attended the University of Arkansas and the University of Central Arkansas where he obtained his bachelors and master’s degree in physical therapy. Jason is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. He is married and has two children.
Julie Rogerson, PT
Julie attended West Memphis high school, then graduated from the U of A Fayetteville with a BA in Psychology. She obtained a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from UCA in 1994. Julie has practiced PT in NWA since 1995, and is married (to a PT), and has 2 children. Julie enjoys spending hiking with her family in her spare time.
Kenneth Ness, MHSA, OTR, CHT
Kenny attended the University of Central Arkansas to obtain a degree in occupational therapy. He later attended the University of Arkansas – Little Rock for a master’s degree in health services administration. Kenny has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 1998. Before moving to northwest Arkansas, Kenny worked for 10 years at the Arkansas hand center and the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences hand therapy department in Little Rock. Kenny is married with two children.
Dana Crowell, BSE, LPTA
Dana is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She attended the University of Arkansas to play softball and obtained a bachelor’s degree in science and education. Following her time at Arkansas, Dana attended NWACC to become a physical therapy assistant. Dana moved from Southern California to Northwest Arkansas for school and sports in 1997. She is married with three children.
Zac Snow, PT
Zac received his B.S. in Biology from Pittsburg State University in 2011 followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2014. He is certified in dry needling, personalized blood flow restriction, and bike-specific physical therapy as well as a professional bike fitter. Zac was born in Fayetteville but grew up in southeast Kansas, and eventually returned to NWA with his wife to start their family. In his spare time, Zac enjoys playing with bikes, exploring the outdoors with his family and traveling.
Dianne Davenport, LPTA
Dianne is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She obtained her PTA degree from NWACC in 1994. Diane specializes in taking care of patients who have aquatic therapy needs. Dianne is married with 3 boys, and lives in Farmington.
Larissa Sherwood, BSE, PTA
Larissa was raised in NWA and attended University of Arkansas and graduated in 1991 with her bachelor's in Exercise Science. She later attended NWACC to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, graduating in 1994. She has two children and loves spending time with family and friends.
